I've just entered a 5 star review for a listing and the overall star rating is 2 stars on the listing and on the home page list! This is the only review so surely it should show as an overall 5 star review - unless of course you use a strange way to calculate this? Any explanation please?

Back to the same old problem I'm afraid. If I delete the comment I still cannot enter a review as: Review has already been inserted from this computer. So no other reviews are allowed from this computer on this post. I suggest that you go to my site, enter a review and see for yourself!
Just tried another on on http://www.inboston.co.uk/ Clicked 5 star and it shows as 3 star. There is an issue with this star review system apart from the fact that I cannot reply to a review either! How do I reset the comment on a listing to clear it?
I've also just checked the mySQL database and it appears that the records hold the correct detail for the reviews but it fails to display it as 5 stars. Didn't this happen a long time ago and was fixed?
Hello Roger, For your information, there is a limitation on the star rating i.e. a user can rate once for a listing. You can delete the rating record from your database and check the rating review functionality again and it should work as explained by Priya. I have checked it our end and everything is working fine. Thanks Priyanka, checking it out now and it appears to work OK. Please assure me that this is now included in the current release in the members area! However: Just a few small points, the 'Featured Listings' page shows if there any reviews on each listing, how many there are and the overall star rating. This information does not appear on the 'home page', 'home page slider' or 'All Listings' pages. Can this Review information be added to those pages including the fact that the wording 'Review' should be 'Reviews' when more than one review is present on a listing. Same applies within a review tab on a listing. Similar issue in that each review when approved does not display its star rating individually in the reviews tab on a listing. Small points maybe but overall they add to the professionalism of the site generally. Thanks.
