I'm getting an increasing number of reviews coming through without a star rating but obviously judging from the comments I don't think they should be 0 stars. I think we require the ability for admin to edit the star ratings and/or at least a challenge to a 0 rating ie. 'Are you sure you want to give this review 0 Stars?'
I agree with this. Best solution is to have stars default to 5 stars instead of 0. That way our businesses are happy. Is there a way to do this?
Agreed. The option to rate higher, instead of lower should come up first. As putting doubt or negative review in the users mind, will defiantly lead to less ratings, opposed to if it started off high. My two cents.
Hello, We have set star rating by default 5. Reviewer can decrease stars if he want. This change will be available with the next update.
