Hi, n I am still having this issue with the menu bar on the mobile. Please see attached. I have done a lot of experimenting with this issue. I now know that the problem only occurs when I try to minify css or html etc. If I use a plug in or if I set it on my server to minify css or html, this problem comes. Is there a way around this? I need to sort this out because these issues are stopping me speeding up the web site. Thank you.
Hello, Paul.. Greetings from InkThemes! I have checked your site and would like to tell you that you are using 1.0.7 version of the theme whereas 1.2.1 is available in the members area.. So if you haven't customized source code of the theme, you are kindly suggested to reinstall the latest version of the theme first from the members area. Here're the steps of doing so... Download the AppointWay theme by logging in your members account: http://inkthemes.com/members/member Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder appointway like appointway_new, Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: appointway_new.zip), Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New, Then, activate your theme, This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress Hope it will resolve your issue Do let me know if you need more assistance, Thanks & Regards! Hi Priyanka, This has been going on for a while. I have exchanged emails with Naveen because he made some changes to get rid of the appointment app and bits some time ago. I don't want to install the updated theme in case I mess things up. I did have an email request from Naveen last night for login details, I assumed that he was looking at it.
