Strange control text on latest post on Home page?

Hi There,

Please can you help me with some strange control character text that appears at the top of the latest post on my homepage using Rethink V2 Pro? When you click on review it doesn't show nor does it show when listed in other menus. I attach a screenshot to show the text:
