Sub Menu Drop Down panel is behind Video

On the PC version of Internet Explorer 9 - the Sub Menu drops down behind the video on the home page, so you cannot read it. It works ok in Chrome and Safari.

I have tried adjusting the z-index for both the video and the sub menu, but it makes no difference.
