Submenu customizations

Hi all,

Next that i have problems with the Submenus: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/submenus-doesnt-working-100.2003/
I want to know how i can change the background color of the submenu. And how i can hide the icon.

 

I figured out for the submenus , but only the head of the menu still didnt figure out..
