Subscribely v2 not correctly updating multiple level users

    Hi, I'm running the plugin at http://mrjinsider.com

    I'm getting my site up and running and just had someone purchase memberships to 2 different things I offer on my site. The paypal transaction came through correctly, but under "users," it only showed them being subscribed to one of the 2 subscriptions. I had to manually check the other to "subscribe" them, but now I'm not sure if the paypal recurring payments will continue and keep them subscribed to both levels next month. This needs to be an automated process -- why is it not correctly logging when a member subscribes to 2 different membership products?

    I've got another issue now --

    Any time a member or myself as an administrator updates ANY user profile settings, it completely resets which membership levels they are subscribed to, resets the time counter, and unchecks the boxes.

    This is a major issue that needs to be fixed.

    It has been over a week now and no response as to what is wrong with the site. I've sent emails asking for progress and have not heard back about those either. Please let me know what is wrong, and the timeline to get it fixed -- I am unable to charge customers while this site is currently down.
