I need to have Subscribly theme customized for "Pay To Comment": 1. User would register and comment as now setup but include PayPal info for a specific payment amount. 2. When Administrator approves comment PayPal payment is activated. 3. User's comment is posted. 4. You state that charge is $25 per hour for customization. What would be charge to do above?
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. You can hire a freelancer and tell him to implement your requirements. Since we have limited resources it won't be possible for us to make those changes. I hope you will understand and do the needful.
