Subscription Payment Via Paypal Worked, but Access Denied

Hello,
I just signed up for my own site to test the user's experience subscribing, paying and accessing content.

Step one, the Account Creation went fine, and it redirected to the proper Paypal Link.

Purchase went fine and went through, but it didn't redirect back to the site.

When I clicked the paypal page to link back into my site, it didn't "take" the subscription. It showed I was logged in as the new user, but I was unable access the restricted content.

Also, the new user showed in my admin dashboard with no access to their subscription.

Frustrating. Please help ASAP.

 

Something definitely isn't working correctly. I tried again, this time signing up for the $49.95 level on my website nooffseasonfantasyfootball.com ... Paypal redirected me back to the Payment Status page after I paid, and I was logged in, but unable to access the restricted content I had just paid for.

Also, the attached screenshot shows no transactions via InkMember, when I clearly just had two transactions come through.

I'm having same problem.

Have reinstalled everything and still not working. Link took me to Paypal, it took the payment and then said payment failed but then I received the email with the login details. I've then logged on with the details and it shows me as logged in but when I go to the protected content I can't access it.

Please can you give us a proper solution to the problem?

Same exact Issue, just downloaded and set up Subscribely V2 today, please help!

We have tested the payment with Paypal sandbox payment on our end, that working perfectly. Just look our screenshots.
This issue only occurs , when Paypal don't send the IPN message to your site, Paypal may have stopped your IPN. So you have to check settings for ipn in your Paypal account.

Okay yes that makes sense, so should we have the IPN send to any specific URL? or just back to our homepage? for example, other membership softwares would have us go into our Paypal and specify a certain URL for the IPN so what would be best?

 

unfortunately it is still not working for me, please help, what do we set the IPN to?
