I've been seeing more frequent standard responses from the support mods on here telling people to hand over their login and password credentials. What is your rationale for that and why do you need it to be able to answer simple issues? It's a little screwy to me that you'd ask someone for this information when just providing an answer to the question would suffice. They don't need you to log in to their accounts on the back end, so why do you guys keep telling people they need to give you that info? What do you need it for? Thanks
We always try to resolve customers queries as fast as possible. Maximum customers ask customized solutions, Which require editing in .php files. It is good that some customer's are comfortable with php but not all. It is not possible for them to make changes in the .php files. Initially we have provided php codes to customers but the feedback was negative. That's why we have started resolving customers queries through dashboard.
It would be useful though and perhaps cut down on support if the solution was also posted in the original thread for those of us who use search, what do you think?
