Tablet view shows an empty menu space between other headers?

I've noticed on my tablet there is a gap between the 2nd and 3rd menu heading (enter the forums and contact) when I click there it shows there is an empty menu heading but there isn't and it's making a space between the 2 headers? help! http://www.fblbloggers.com

 

I should say this is only when viewed on the tablet (ipad) not on my laptop!
