How can I slow down the speed of these sliders?

Hello,

For this you need to edit custom.js file.
So please activate "wp-editor" plugin. It will allow you to edit internal files through dashboard.
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/

After that open
Appearance > Theme editor > js > custom.js
and change speed. As soon in the image.
