Testing SmartBooking on InkThemes Trial Network Sites - can't install appointment plugin

Hi support crew,

We have a full InkThemes membership for plugins & themes, and also an InkThemes Trial Network site (http://inkthemes.com/themestrial/redearthit/). We're planning to use the Trial Network site on a regular basis to quickly preview all of your different InkThemes themes in a demo environment, so we can then choose which one to install for our live sites.

However on a few themes (e.g. AppointWay and SmartBooking), the WP back end is coming up with an error after activating the new theme:

Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Ink Appointment Plugin plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed.

We tried to install the missing plugin manually but don't have access to upload it.
Is there a way for you to automatically pre-install all plugins required for all of your themes in the Trial Network, so this problem doesn't happen, or can we work around this a different way?
