The 3 column feature area does not appear

I installed the free version of the theme and once configured and working perfectly, I bought and upgrade to the premmium version. Everything works correctly except the third column feature area that does not appear. I have looked on the area of ​​Wordpress administration and data that I entered are still there. How can I fix this?
