Hi Support, I went and sign up as a new member or contributor in wordpress case. I put up a listing, and when I clicked on 'Free Ad' the 2 options came up as normal. The system then prompt me whether if I want to put it feature on homepage and / or category. So when I checked both 'Yes's' and submit, it didn't come up in the homepage neither it is on the category page either. Please help thanks,
Hello, If you post free ad then you will not get an option to feature ad at home or category page. This option is only available for paid ads. But yes you can feature free ads at the home and category page slider through admin panel. I have registered on your site. But not found such options while posting ads. Please check image for reference.
Hi Nitesh, thanks. I am not sure if you have received my reply via email. but anyway, let me just re-state my reply here. ok, i understand that paid ad will allow user to feature their ad at homepage and category slider. but I went and change the paid ad to free ad by simply rewords it and have it in RM '0' or Free so that user comes in to my website and list will be free for online listing and at the same time feature that listing ad for Free at homepage and slider. That is the only work around that I have. I understand through admin i can activate the homepage and slider for them, but how can i keep doing that on a daily basis. Unless, in the admin i can 'select all' ads and check both boxes in one fell swoop... hope you understand what i mean, let me know if you need more clarification. Oh yeah, the reason that you don't get to see that option; it's because you have not click on the Free Ad box to unhide these 2 options ....try that and see, then you know what i mean at my website.
Hello Calvin, I am understanding what you are trying to do. But the main problem is. System have functionality, that only paid members can set there ads featured on home and category page slider. Without payment we can't set ads featured on slider. You can make ads paid and featured from admin panel only.
