The heading title can't display Chinese

I converted ANSI files to UTF-8 format already ,the column content display Chinese normally ,but the heading doesn't.

This is how I input the heading



This is the outcome,which you can see missing Chinese wording

 

Go to
Theme directory (Cloriato theme) > js > custom.js
Through FTP.
and remove code given below from there.
