the styling options don't work and the slider speed too.

I am trying to change the color of the layout of the website in styling options from standart to green, but it does not work. Why? Also the slider speed don't work. I put 3 images and they do not move. Please help me fix this. I am still working on the site and it is temporary running on the following address:

I received mail that my problems are fixed and I thank you for it. But I have a new problem now: when I am trying to login to my site I can not. Is someone still login to it? My password and username are still the same, so why it is happening? Please help me!
