The website is not mobilfrendly

I have this issue that my website is not mobilfrendly.
I use the Local Business Wordpress Theme but when I test in Googel webmarster tools/mobile-friendly it says not mobil friendly. And if I use Google it dont say mobile-friendl.

Their is a very slight difference being mobile friendly and mobile responsive both a mobile friendly site and responsive design will optimize your site to be more appropriate for smaller screens and both will offer simpler navigation and faster load times.

A mobile friendly site is essentially a copy of your website, where the server does the work to deliver an optimized page that’s smaller and easier to navigate and In responsive design, the device does the work and automatically adjusts according to a device’s screen size (large or small) and orientation (landscape or portrait).

The above mentioned is one of the points that differentiates the two. Hope that can help you out and may clear your doubts.

I use this thema om 4 of my websites all of them pass the test,

But if I search for any of the other sites it is mobilfrindly.

there is an issue with the side, and i will like you to help me.

I make a living of making SEo on my websites and sell them.. that is why it is so importen for me that the website pass googles test. in this next mounth google comes with a new update, where the websites with mobilfrindly layout / responsive layout to mobile devices will be rewarded with higer rankings and the once without responsive layout will drop in rankings.

.. The orange-button.png look better now. But the website do not pass Google responsive layout test.
I have tried almost everything now.I have deleted the them , and install it again but it did not help.
I can send you the login and maby you can se whats wrong?
