Them Options Not Working

Hope you help. I am trying to enter my theme options menu but when I do I get the following message Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/towrmyte/public_html/illawarra/wp-content/themes/blackbirdtheme/functions/admin-interface.php on line 565


I have tried reinstalling but it did not work.
