I purchased the Radiohub theme (can not see a subforum here to post about that theme) The theme is advertised as "Completely Responsive", however, it is totally unusable and unworkable on mobile devices. What do I need to do to fix that?

Its not responsive!! It is advertised as "completely responsive". Users have to remove the menu to see the content on mobile devices and their is nothing intuitive for them to do that. Here it is from your own demo: https://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=492 - check the mobile versions; esp the mobile portrait view.. Its NOT responsive.
