This may not be 100% an Ink Themes issue, but I'm starting by asking here. We switch web hosting plans with our site, staying with the same vendor but moving to a different plan and different server. To make the move, I copied all of the files from the original server to the new server, and did a myphpadmin database backup on the old server and restored that on the new server. When I was looking at theme settings on the new server, none of the Theme Options from the old site were set in on the new site. They were all blank. It was simple enough to copy-and-paste the settings from the old site. Are they not stored in the database? Or did I miss a hidden file somewhere?
Hello, You have to do it manually by copy and paste theme option data from one server to another. Or You can search any backup plugin for this issue on WordPress.org .
