theme options disappeard - not loading...

Hi,

I've just moved my site to new hosting and as soon as I moved all my files and database when I go to my site none of the settings including headers,images,slider and so forth wont show on the page and not even in the theme option is completely empty.
I have checked the database and all the values are already in database so it looks like theme is not getting the values from db.
Please advise...
