Theme Options Not Accessible

I can no longer access the Theme Options section of our WordPress website and according to them, it is an error with the theme. So the subheadings under Theme Options cannot be changed-including the Sliders. Every other part of the website is unaffected. I have updated everything. In another thread about slider options not working, it was suggested to deactivate a plug-in-the Download Manager. We do not have that plug-in. Our website is www.mvqg.org. Any help if much appreciated!

We have been using your theme since we purchased a lifetime license in 2013. We have not had any problem with the Cloriato Pro Responsive Theme before.

When Word Press 5.3.2 came out, we got locked out of using Theme Options, and we received the following error message from Word Press indicating that your Cloriato Pro Responsive Theme had a problem:

WP Local Biz Bundle Plugins-Where Are They?
Yesterday I purchased the following, assuming I would be able to easily build sites as in the sales page!
WP LocalBiz Pro 15 Templates - Agency Licence + VideoMember WP Theme
WPlocalbiz bundle (Unlimited Commercial Licence)
One in members area, I only see two downloads.
1. ColorWay Sites 37 Templates - WPLocalBiz JV (Unlimited Sites) - Agency License
2. Import/Export Plugin with Documentation
The help videos must be old as they do not show the current theme setup in Wordpress, nor do the directions follow a correct path.
I know that I am missing the correct plugins to make this work, but they are know where to be found.
I need some support on this. The information on how to use this is not only clear, but all the tools are not supplied at the time of purchase which is very disturbing and disappointing to say the least!
