Theme stopped allowing premium listings

Hello Support,
Could you please advise on a problem just developed on a test site where I have been manually adding example listings, both Free and Premium with images. Everything ok until today where I go to add a Premium Listing with 3 images, allowing featured in slider and all information added. When I go to publish the theme removes all the images and saves only as Free Listing. Tried several times but still repeats the error. Checked plugins and no problem with hosting space. Last listing was set to be a Premium and you will see now when it was published it reverted as Free Listing with only content, all business links,images and Google map are missing!!! . Sent site details in pm. Please could you have a look as wanting to complete.

Hello Support,
Just to verify this error is still happening, I added another Premium listing with Feature Front Page & Category, all business information added plus 2 images, on publishing, the listing reverted to Free version again plus all business info missing, only left the description without any images.

The last 2 listing on site show the errors. Tried updating to today's latest version, please could you advise. This has only happened today, no problem previously adding the listings that are showing on site, all added manually via admin. The last 2 are the errors when theme has broken, tried new theme install, deactivated all plugins and tried adding a new listing, error still the same, a serious fault or error somewhere.

I will send the details again to you, I had previously sent the site details in a pm when I opened this thread.
In the mean time I have been trying to sort this error and have been in contact with my hosting support at hostgator
to run a test for me and they are of he opinion that there is a problem in the theme.

I have investigated the problems with your site and I believe they are related to the theme. Here are the two errors that are logged when your site is loaded:

These errors indicate that the problem is within your code, more specifically it is most likely with your theme.

I hope this is of help to you and will resend the site details, ps, I have checked another of my sites and it is now showing the same errors since the theme updates, all was ok before.

Hello Krish, I have sent all details to you again, and the problem with the theme not creating Premium listings is still happening, all business contact details, images, Google map are missing when I try to publish via admin for a Premium listing reverting to a basic Free listing without any images or Google map. Sorry to have to report, as you would have seen with my many emails that there is a problem
that seems to be developing further. If I go to add a new business listing or a new wpress page
there is an error code showing on top of add new page;

Also if I try to add a new page to menu tabs there is the same type of error code at the bottom of the list of error tabs, if I try to save the menu all I get is a full scary page of these error codes. So unfortunately something not correct, also same listing problem on the other live site mentioned still.

Hello Krish, I have been checking to see if I can be of any help sorting this serious error, I notice that the other 2nd site mentioned that has developed the same listing error problem also, but was not corrected yet as you did with first site, not told how you corrected the problem, but it I notice it is not showing the Warning errors listed above, so it may be that whatever was edited to correct the site listing errors is now causing the serious error warnings listed above.

Hope this helps and looking forward to a solution, it has meant all has come to a halt as no listings can be added! I had planned to use some extra time from work over the holidays to move this ahead, but that is now out the window

I have taken some screenshots of the errors occuring now in the site and also below is the list of error codes that occurs if I try to save a new menu tab, I did not try to see if this occurred when I would try to save a new listing or a new page in case the whole site collapsed. Hope this is of help to you and support to try sort this. If you can sort it please let me know what has to be done so that I can correct the other site also.

Hello Kirish, thank your for your quick reply.

I do not understand you, where would I find the theme directory form you mention, to replace for the other site,I have already updated it to the new latest theme update, but as you will see it has the same error with the listings, the new listing being the last one showing ,again without any images , links or Google map.

This site is live and I cannot afford for it to go into errors like site your corrected or loose all credibility with it, we have many flyers out now for this site.

Could you advise if this has just been a bug, but why did it just appear, nothing was done to the site from one day to the next for it to occur. If you do not have time to correct this one, please advise me the problem fix and where to find "theme directory form" to copy/replace

Hello Support,
Just a thought on this issue that has been happening, if this problem has been happening because of something that I have been doing to cause the errors please tell me so that I can avoid this happening again, the same reason to advise me on what the error was and how to correct it, therefore avoiding the issue on further sites, not knowing doe's not help with confidence in this great theme to build a large number of sites, which I have been planning to do. Hope you understand me
