After completing the website, everything looks fine and work great. Once i make it live and i am not signed in, most of the content is not organized as well. I deactivated all the plugins and reactivate one by one. it did not solve the problem? 2 screenshots. the 1st one is what i want the site to look like and i am login. The second screenshot is the same page but i am not login and you see my tabs are gone.
