    Hi,

I'm new to InkThemes and have been working with the Woodpecker theme. I like the theme, but have had a few challenges that were solved on this community.

Some of the problems are severe - missing titles when responsive design goes to mobile version, etc. Some are annoyances - pictures in the Three Column Feature not linking to the page of the "Read More..." link, which would be the expected behavior. This last one was addressed in 2012 with a new php file - but yet, the Woodpecker theme that I bought last week is still missing this functionality. Why?

After perusing this forum, I have found a lot of questions answered with completely new php files, CSS fixes, etc. I have yet to see an update that incorporates these fixes.

My question: Can we get an update to the theme that contains the fixes that have been issued over the course of the life of the Theme? Other theme vendors do this. Is this something that InkThemes does not do as a matter of course?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Ed

    Hello resilientsystems
We are working on the issues you have mentioned and will update this theme very soon.
For "missing titles when responsive design goes to mobile version" can you please send a screenshot to make it more clear.
"Read More..." I will link the images to the same link as read more, but this Read More is different and not the "post permalink" and can be configured from theme option panel. Please make it more clear what you want. And Sure you will get an update to the themes.
    Thank You

    Thanks for the reply, Pankaj.

Re: "missing titles when responsive...": I was simply giving the example of another problem I found in the forums. However, when I tested this functionality, it does not work on my installation. As I make my browser more narrow, nstead of getting smaller and readable, the letters get HUGE and then disappear altogether.

My reason for writing is that when I had several other problems that I needed to correct, I'm not sure as to the state of the theme, since there was no mention of any updates (pinned messages, etc.).

I have a theme zip file that has files dated 12/30/2013. Should I assume that any fixes mentioned in the forum prior to that date are included? The 3 Column Area fix occurred in April of this year, and the "missing heading and description text" was in March, so, it would not have been included, of course.

What is the timeframe for an updated release? Will all solutions be included in that subsequent release when it is sent out?

    Thanks!
