Theme Updates Are Not Propagating

I'm using Poloray for 2 different sites, and in both cases changes I make to the theme do not propagate quickly, if at all.

For instance: boxathon.com does not propagate the logo for the homepage nor the custom color, though it does for the sample page. See http://boxathon.com/sample-page/ and compare to homepage (boxathon.com).

I figured out what was wrong here, by the way. WP-Super Cache plugin was not enabled to show the DELETE CACHE button at the WP admin top. Now that I've configured that plugin, everything is working fine.
