Theme use in a network

Hello,
I purchased the Bizway theme and would like to use it in a multisite network to have the site available in both German and English. However, in the second site in my network, the theme is not available. Why is this? Do I need to purchase the theme again?

(Please DO NOT recommend that I use qTranslate. I need an answer to the question)

 

Guesswork answered my own question for me.

In case anyone else comes across this thread with the same problem:

Contrary to what you'll read, the theme must be first DEactivated in the network. Then it can be activated in the individual sites. Strange, but true. I also first changed the default theme in the wp-config.php file by adding the rule

define('WP_Default_Theme BizWay)
