I have noticed installing a plugin which i purchased before purchasing your theme, has been disabled since installing your theme, and when i went to install it, it says this is embarrasing. and will not install. Can you please let me know when this theme will be updated so it works ok with plugins, or i will need to refund this theme, because my plugin is critical to my business.
The Theme doesn't affects any of your plugins in anyways. I don't think activating the theme can deactive the plugin automatically. Which plugin are you using ? Do, send us your Dashboard Login details so that we can look into the issue for you. I would also recommend you to contact the plugin developers and ask them as to why the issue is appearing. I think the best plugin related answer can be provided by the plugin developer itself.
