Three Column Feature - changing 'Read More' to say something else

Greetings,

I hope you are having a lovely day! At the end of each of the three text areas in the three columns (under the photos), I would like to say something different in each one instead of 'Read More...'. How do I change that and keep the link going to where I want it to go (currently working correctly to each of my individual services). Here is my website so far:

Thank you. Unfortunately that is not what I was asking. I would like to change the words 'Read More...' at the bottom of the 3 columns to different words for each column - not 'Read More...' How do I change from 'Read More...' to other words, but still link to each of my individual services (the linking is currently working, I just want to change the 'Read More...' to 3 different items). For example, I might want one of the columns to say 'Click to schedule your session...' and I want the second one to say 'More on Leadership...' and I want the third column to say 'More on Career Transition...' instead of 'Read More... on all 3 columns. I hope that is clearer.
