Top feature button link

I need the button to open in a new window for the top feature button. I do not use the lead capture and use this to demo a sample book. I checked the front-page.php and cannot see where this is possible.

For this use link format given below while adding link in the
Appearance > Theme options > leads capture settings > Top Feature Link (Only Required if Lead Capture Form turn off)
