    Hello,

I just read the thread you had with user "bayernsoftware" about this problem - http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/top-menu-sizing-issue.10087/.

You will notice their last comment was a "dig" because you aren't posting the fix for others...it is great that you helped them but the rest of us who may not want to ask for help constantly would also appreciate the information or at least the modified/fixed theme.

I am starting to understand that the theme is not responsive in the way it is show to be on your theme features page...did you just photoshop the image of the theme in an ipad because that is not how your theme demo page looks in an ipad - i checked see below?

I don't understand why you fix things everyone has a problem with and don't post the fix or at least give us all a the new theme version you've made with the fixes when you fix a problem like responsiveness that affects everyone - this is still a problem for everyone - only some people haven't noticed it yet because they aren't looking at their sites on a small screen.

since even your demo site for the theme has the problem when viewed on an a full-size ipad in portrait orientation: the menu is pushed down, the title and text are not resized and the service images do not resize so that they all show - so it is not responsive the way you show it to be - this is the view on my ipad of your demo theme and my theme with 4 menu options

So how can we all fix this please?

    Hello Rosy,

    Theme is completely responsive.
For text re-sizing and four featured images:
In responsive design text always wrap not resize.
Resizing font will reduce visibility and left no difference between responsive and non responsive design.
And same happen with featured images. If you check site in mobile device. Text will wrap more and featured images will display one below other.

Wrong image in the sale page:
iPad image you have shared was added there before theme release. It is the first and most basic image. We will replace it with updated one.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Nitesh,
Thank you for the information, but you did not address the problem with the menu and the sizing in smaller screen.
These problems were fixed for user "bayernsoftware" by inkthemes by accessing his WP dashboard and doing a bunch of work on his frontpage.php and his style.css files according to Piyush but no information was provided for the forum users for us to fix our issues.

HOW do we all get those fixed files please? I would like my menu of 5 items to fit on one line and for the slider not to be cut off on phones/tablets too.

    - original thread in support forum: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/top-menu-sizing-issue.10087/ but the fix was not posted for everyone else who wants the menu to look good on an ipad.

Quote from Piyush - message to user bayernsoftware when he asked about the fixes your did :

There are many changes have done in the files (in front-page.php and style.css) so it is not possible for us to specify that.
You can copy the front-page.php and style.css file of this theme and then replace them in the theme for another site.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Piyush Pratap Singh
    Thanks, Rosy

    Hello Rosy,

The problem pointed in the thread was "On smaller displays where the menu bar needs to wrap, the slide graphic gets horribly cut off. Shouldn't this situation push the slider down?".
Navigation menu cutting slider in small devices.
This issue is already resolved in the updated version of theme. Which is available in your members area.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Nitesh

I have the latest version on my site.

The problem I have mentioned in my support forum post is that my menu with the 5 items inkthemes put there does not adjust to one line on an ipad and does not look like your features area for this theme - even now that you have changed your ipad image.

I would like to have my menu show on one bar like the on your features page - is that possible? If so please tell me what I can do to accomplish this.

Any help to fix this will be appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Rosy

your featured image ipad view with menu on one line & my site in ipad with nothing changed from the inktheme install & the menu spreads to 2 lines:

One thing i did to help reduce the menu size was change the menu option "Recent Blogs" to simply "Blogs"

I know its not a perfect solution, but it helps. There is some cross over on our page where the menu wraps before shrinking small enough to trigger the "mobile navigation" menu.

I believe Nitesh is correct in stating that scaling the text would make it much less readable, so wrapping the menu helps.

You may be able to add some CSS to shrink your font size down.
