Track calls or clicks of phone number

Can you please add a function to track how many users access the phone number.

This will need to be done in 2 steps.

1. Hide the number until the user clicks some text
2. track how many clicks happen in the admin area.

It is actually a very common practice.

This would make this theme perfect for me.
