Translate "Home" tab

I have successfully used qTranslate to translate most of my site but I can't translate the text of the "Home" tab. My front page doesn't appear in my list of pages, so I can't do it the way I did the "About" and "Contact" pages.

I already translated the contents of the front page. I just need to know how to translate that single word, "Home", on the tab/button.

 

Go to
Appearance > Menus
and follow the instruction as shown in image given below
