Translate Read More Text

Hello,

As I read in this forum, to change the read more text in blog you have to changes this in the blog.php file.
I have done this,(As you can see in the attached image) but I still got the english text.

Can you help me out?

This works fine, but as you can see in the link: http://www.laubergeduparc.fr/category/a-venir/
the buttons is to short, how can i make it more wide so the complete french translation "en savoir plus" fits?
