Translate "theme options" texts ?¿

Hi there friends,
I'm now helping as a voluntary at various non-profit-NGOs in Latinamerica teaching them how to manage their website usuing WP (spanish) and INK, but when I have to teach them about how to manage the "INK Theme Options" I struggle as all the data is written in English and the people can not understand, can you please guide me to find those fields in the HTLM code so I can translate them into spanish !!!

Hello,

It's a theme option file.
Go to the colorwaytheme\functions\theme-options.php
And change text from there.
