Just after posting the first thread, few minutes ago, I went back and tried to download Figero them - trial version and installed it, it was okay within few minutes up and running on my local machines s okay. Now why the full versions can not be installed? Please look at this closely and would like to hear a solution from you. I am planning to record a video so that you can see the steps that I am taking so that you know I am the right thing. thanks Honory
