Trouble with StartPoint theme

Hello, I am unable to set up the StartPoint theme I bought.

In the trial version, it worked a lot better, but now that I paid for the full version, I am unable to get anything to appear on the main page. Please see the attached screenshot.

I tried deleting the theme and re-installing, but it didn't make a difference.

I got your concern.

Kindly check you might have missed to "turn on" the front page.

To turn on the front page: Go to --> Appearance-->> Theme Options-->>General settings-->> Front Page turn on/ off

Do the above steps, it should solve your issue.

Let me know if still problem persists.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have ensured that the Front Page is already turned on. I tried turning it off and back on again and the problem persists.

Probably it would be a cache issue.

I have cleared the cache.
