Several problems. I uploaded the theme and it did not work. The two categories are appearing at the same time.

 

Deleted and installed again, the problem remains.

Theme is compatible with WordPress 4.0.
We had tested theme many time and does not find any issue as you are facing.
Did you install a fresh copy of theme after deleting the previous theme?
Please do post the list of plugins you are using?

Reinstalled wordpress and the theme. The problem only appears on mobile and internet explorer.
