Two-column heading doesn't have enough vertical size for the font

Please check out my website here:

...and look at the section where you see "What we do: Everything IT and more."

Notice that the bottom few pixels of the "y" and "g" are cut off. It's as if the size of the heading title can't fit the entire font in there.

This is noticeable in Internet Explorer and Firefox, and even more noticeable in Chrome.

How do I fix this?

I ended up changing the text used in the column headings to remove the offending letters, so I no longer have this problem. Please close this ticket.

 

Priyanka, actually I think I would like to reopen this issue. I'm still having it.

Per your request, please see the attached picture. This is a screen shot of the home page. The red arrows indicate where the font is getting cut off.
