Two important problems, please help!

1. How can I get notified by email when there is a new listing submitted?

2. It goes to pending again when customers modify their listing. I hope only the first time needs to check only. How can I fix it?

#2. You can fix the pending mode issue. Follow the below mentioned steps for it mentioned in the image below"

For the Pending problem, I hope only the first time needs to be checked, it's not necessary to check again and again for old customers when they make any modifications. Is it possible to do that?

I can certainly understand your concern, I really feel sorry but as if now the feature is not in the way you mentioned, you can able to choose pending mode or publish mode and that will be applicable to all users. Hope you understand. Let me know if have further doubts.
