Hello, You can create a page and show it in menu. After that you can add sub-menu(your categories) on that menu through creating custom menu. For this follow below link. http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/rethink-theme-menu-categories.14716/ Another option is you have to create page and type manually all categories title and after that you have to put link of each category pages on each category title.
