unable to add captcha to contact form

Hi again guys,
I'm struggling to add a captcha plugin in to my contact form template that comes as part of the blackbird theme.
Please advise me on what to do.

You can use "FormGet contact form plugin".​

It will work fine with the theme and provide much more functionality then existing contact form.​
