unable to create submenu in menu

I have added pages to the menu, but they are always at top level. Attempts to drag and drop them onto my top level pages to build a sub menu hierarchy fail. It just keeps putting the page above or below the other pages. I have this working perfectly on another site. Any ideas, rogue plugin? thx

Go to the Appearance > Menus panel and arrange the menus by drag and drop as shown in the image link given below.

Your issue has been resolved.
"Pricing Table Ready!" plugin is creating the problem. So, I have deactivated it and now the drop down menu are working fine.
