unable to download drivingvalley theme

when i try to download the drivingvalleypro.zip file from my member's area i get the following message:
An internal error happened in the script, please contact webmaster for details

emailed support who asked me for the admin credentials to my wordpress website, is this normal? i know how to upload the right file to my wordpress site if only i can manage to download it. can't you email it to me?

I have investigated this matter and found that your payment is on hold in PayPal and that's why you are aunable to get the theme, I just manually assigned the theme in your members account and now you can download it from there.
