Hello, Thanks for contacting us, It may happen that some of your plugins are conflicting in your site, You are requested to deactivate all of your plugins once and check you site's again, Then activate one by one your plugins checking result on each activation, Hope this will let you figure out which plugin is conflicting. Hi, I deactivated all the plugins and still not working. I changed the theme to a different one and it works but on One Pro I can not add any widget.. Could you help if I give you the login details? Thank you.
