Unable to see new messages posted on Ads

    Hello,

    I have ClassiCraft theme installed on formationcanada.com. Recently, I am unable to see any newly posted messages on any Ads published in the website.

    If anyone leaves a message in the page of any Ad, it's not possible to view it via the user's dashboard. The one who originally published the Ad.

    I have activated a new fresh version of the installed theme. Updated all plugins. Issue still persists.

    I'd appreciate any help with this.
