Unable to Update the Homepage Feature Area

Hello- I'm trying to make some changes and update the homepage feature area. (Specifically the left feature description.)

When I make changes and click "Save All Changes" it brings me to the "Manage Themes Page" and doesn't update with what I entered.

We have visited your website the problem is occurring due to any one of the plugin you are using, Deactivate all plugins one by one and checkout which plugin creating this problem.

I deactivated all plugins but I'm still having the same issue.
