As far as the issue related to upload_max_filesize is concerned, I would like to inform you that - The php upload_max_filesize directive is a limitation of the file size on the server. This is related to your server settings which can easily be changed from php.ini file. All you need to do is just contact your host provider and ask them to increase your server's upload_max_filesize limit from php.ini file.
