Unable to upload listing slider images after activate a sidepanel sidebar widget

Unable to upload listing slider images in client login account (only happen in client account) , after activate a sidepanel sidebar widget,
do have any idea, what is the problem actually, i need this sidebar widget as my extension and helping hand in arranging my info....

is it possible to have any code to settle it?

Our themes are compatible with almost all the plugin available in WordPress.org but there are thousands of plugin available on WordPress.org and some are regularly updating and some are not updated from many years therefore it is not possible for us to check every plugin with our theme, So you can search any alternative of that plugin.
